Heveske Ltd are very pleased to announce that by way of making a donation to the Borders Forest Trust that we’ve become stewards of the BFT’s Carrifran valley in the Southern Uplands of Scotland.
Carrifran is a 1620 acre valley in the Moffat hills that has been replanted with indigenous tree species restoring a historic natural environment to a formally barren upland valley.
As architects and project coordinators who specialise in timber framed construction, we feel the restoration of indigenous forest environments to be a fitting cause to champion. It is our hope that over the years we’ll be actively involved taking part in tree planting and other conservation activities.

The 18th of September marked the final completion of the our latest project, this generous home extension in south Liverpool. Navigating through the complexities created by the pandemic may have thrown up one or two bumps in the road. However, the finished project is distinctive, attractive and well mannered. This home adaptation bares testimony not only to the design principles of generous space standards and contemporary sustainable design that underpin Heveske’s guiding principles, but also the collaborative working model that allows us to keep tight reign on project budget and the design quality and specifications.
