Complete remodeling of back garden, dig up existing concrete , remove wall, repair broken underground drain, take out box sash window and brickwork. Rebuild 8ft block walls, porcelain flag the whole garden, and supply and install 8ft black aluminium french doors. Rendering of walls and house, Replacement of guttering /down spouts and waste pipes, also laying 30 metres of aco drainage. Knock through 2 walls, add lintels, removal of old concrete lintels, build of 2 pillars, install 2 rsj steel beams. Opens up the room, looks great

Removal of window and wall, replaced with French door, side windows and top light combination. It makes a huge difference. 👍
