We recently began work on a large garage conversion for a customer, the garage was mostly used for storage and so the customer decided to make the space more usable! The space will contain:

๐Ÿ’ป A downstairs office complete with 3 large skylights
๐ŸงบA utility room
๐ŸšฟA downstairs bathroom with shower
๐Ÿ›๏ธ A bedroom/snug with large bifold doors
๐Ÿš™ Single car garage

Here you can see progress from the original space, to initial stud walls in place. We also had to fit new structural steel lintels to support the roof and remove a central wall!
