New pair of doors and purpose built frame fitted to space between rear lounge and conservatory. Tenant had a firm in previously who had cocked up the opening and built a frame unsuitable for the size of doors required. Needless to say, she gave them the chop and ordered through Edge Hill Joinery and Maintenance. 👍🔨

Something you don't see too much of now. Heavily ni****ne stained walls and ceilings. As you can see from pics, I've gave the coving a quick coat of white to show how stained it is. 🤮

Little job in Whiston today for the niece who has not long moved to a new house. New gate and fence to the side/rear to improve security as it was basically open to anyone to walk round to the back garden. 👍🔨
