TSRT Back to the graft with a full roof renewal for a customer in armadale!
The roof had never been changed and the customer was looking to upgrade her property with us and we did all we could to make that happen!
From old slates to new tiles, we stripped away all the old materials and upgraded them to a new charcoal grey tile, complete with new gutters, new ridges and suitable vents!
Customer loved the new look of her house and was so happy with the end product!

At TSRT no job is too small for us to tackle!
Customer in deans had a new bathroom suite installed in their house and got an extractor fan fitted but had no roofer to make it work, so TSRT got the appropriate vent to match the roof tiles and got their extractor fan up and running!

Lovely weather for the team at TSRT to get out in the sun and help fix a problem with two velux windows.
Customer phoned in harthill to ask if we could have a look at two leaking velux windows they had in which we identified that the window flashings did not have the sufficient cover causing a leak.
We stripped the windows and slates out and added a lead peice to provide the cover required. We repaired broken slates and cleaned out the gutters as a good will gesture also!

A busy weekend for the team at TSRT!
Called out to a leak a at property in bathgate, the property had to small dormers on the roof level with damaged valley liners.
We stripped out the old valley trays and renewed them with fresh trays and got rid of the cement work and replaced it with comb filler to save the future maintenance of the valleys.

Customer was pleased we were able to attend and sort the problem for them.

Customer in west calder got in touch with us with a leak in a small extension to their property and we were more than happy to help!
Due to old lead with puncture marks and insufficient laps the water was getting into the property, so new lead was put in place with the correct laps and cleaned down with patination oil to keep a clean look to it.

Customer was happy not to have water coming into their property and thanked us for helping out!

The guys at TSRT have had some time off while our van has been getting some TLC but its back on the road now and so are we!
Customer in blackburn called us regarding cement falling from his roof! We came out and recommended a dry verge system to do away with the cement work and maintenance of it.
We put on plastic verge caps to give the roof a more modern look and puts a finishing touch on the side of the building.

The customer was pleased with the work we done and so happy with the finished look!

TSRT back at it again! Customer called us about a small extension project they had and we were more than happy to help out with putting a new roof and sealing up their 8 pane ceiling window! We dressed lead creating a flashing kit for the window and made a lead raggle to connect the two buldings together. Tiled over with a double roman concrete tile and finished off with a grey anthracite soffit and fascia also a nice grey verge trim to finish the aesthetics of the building.

Customer was over the moon with the work we done and so happy with the finished look!

Hope everyone has had a lovely day today in this beautiful weather 🌻☀️. Meanwhile our team at TSRT was getting down to business once again responding to a customer who made an enquiry about their chimney being roughcasted. We were quick on the case and made that happen!. With a gorgeous 80/20 decarock polar white and black chip on a polar white background, we can all certainly agree that this gave the chimney a major facelift. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship.
