This farmhouse was in need of external plastering to protect it from the driving rain that regularly catches these elevations.
A shame to cover the stonework, but sometimes needs must.

• 1 dubbing-out coat applied ✅️

• 2 scratch coats applied to build out to the correct thickness required✅️

• All corners rounded to maintain the traditional character of the property✅️

• Completed with an "Oldy Worldy" style finish to complement the age and character of the building✅️

Another recent project completed 👉💪

✅ Skimmed the majority of the ceilings throughout this bungalow

✅ Dot & dabbed the window reveals, removing the internal window trims to achieve a clean, uniform, symmetrical finish

✅️ Patched in all electrical chases after new additional sockets had been inserted

✅ Skimmed the kitchen and hallway walls to give everything a fresh look in preparation for painting

A recent room that we've given a makeover to in preparation for the kitchen installation.

Counter battern and boarded over the dated Artex ceiling ✅

Primed the walls with a blue gritt bonding agent ✅

Finished with a Multifinish thistle plaster to achieve a smooth modern finish ✅

Another recent project completed in Llandeilo — definitely one of our more challenging jobs lately. Keeping the finished floors spotless throughout (especially with a white roughcast) took some serious care and attention.

Works carried out:

✅ Hacked off existing dry dash

✅ Re-fixed coping stones and carried out re-pointing

✅ Mechanically prepared the surface to achieve a proper key

✅ Applied two scratch coats with embedded render mesh for strength

✅ Finished with a durable white roughcast to handle the Welsh climate
Everything was thoroughly cleaned down at the end to leave a crisp, sharp finish — exactly how it should be.

We don’t do things in halves 🫡

This room was in need of a facelift in preparation for new shelving to be installed — and what a difference it’s made.

✅️ Insulated with Celotex insulation board
✅️ Ply lined with 18mm board
✅️ Self-levelling compound laid to level and tidy the floor

As the weather cheers up, I'd say our spirits do too 😬

This Garden wall was In need of some serious TLC.

We hacked off the existing render ✅️.

Re-laid the coping stones ✅️

Applied a 2 scratch coat render system with a reinforced mesh embedded within ✅️.

Finished with a smooth "Stucco" finish ✅️.

All areas kept pristinely clean throughout giving the customer a complete stress free experience knowing everything was in good hands 🙌 🙌 💪.
