A cracking internal plastering project recently completed at Pontargothi Chapel 👏

Two internal walls were in much need of repair, with careful preparation and protection being absolutely critical throughout the project.

Covering all of the pews and isolating the affected areas ensured the chapel was protected throughout, with minimal disruption and no mess left behind. 👌

🛠️ Hacked off two internal walls ✅️

🛠️ Multiple scratch coats re-applied, incorporating embedded mesh and a salt inhibitor within the mix ✅️

🛠️ Finished with Thistle MultiFinish plaster to achieve a smooth, flat finish ✅️

🧹 All areas left pristinely clean 🔥🔥

🌟Another recent project completed🌟

The front elevation and gable end have been completely re-pointed using a cement mortar mix with a colour dye added to blend in with the existing brickwork.

Preparation, including grinding out the existing joints, was completed by Cenydd Howell and his team before we carried out the re-pointing.

Another great transformation and a job we're really pleased with! 🔥💪

A recent project that has just been completed.

These two rooms were in need of some TLC.

Stripped back to the original lath & plaster ✅️

Additional timbers added where necessary, along with a counter batten to the ceiling ✅️

Insulation added to maximise the rooms' warmth ✅️

Batten and boarded the existing rendered walls due to their poor condition ✅️

All walls plasterboarded ✅️

The office room required a tidy-up, so all walls were primed with a blue grit bonding agent in preparation for plastering ✅️

Plastered with Thistle Multi-Finish plaster to achieve a smooth, modern finish 🔥

All areas were kept pristinely clean throughout the project while the house remained lived in 👌

Another recent project completed 💪

This farmhouse was in need of external plastering to protect it from the driving rain that regularly catches these elevations.
A shame to cover the stonework, but sometimes needs must.

• 1 dubbing-out coat applied ✅️

• 2 scratch coats applied to build out to the correct thickness required✅️

• All corners rounded to maintain the traditional character of the property✅️

• Completed with an "Oldy Worldy" style finish to complement the age and character of the building✅️

✅ Skimmed the majority of the ceilings throughout this bungalow

✅ Dot & dabbed the window reveals, removing the internal window trims to achieve a clean, uniform, symmetrical finish

✅️ Patched in all electrical chases after new additional sockets had been inserted

✅ Skimmed the kitchen and hallway walls to give everything a fresh look in preparation for painting
