Another stunning flooring transformation completed! 👌

For this project, we began by preparing the existing subfloor with a full self-levelling compound to create the perfect base before laying these beautiful 900x600 Hambleton Ivory Textured Stone Effect Porcelain tiles.

The rustic edges and natural stone-effect finish complement the character of this farmhouse perfectly, giving the space a timeless look while providing all the durability and low maintenance benefits of porcelain.

Attention to detail and proper preparation are key to achieving a long-lasting, high-quality finish, and we're delighted with how this one turned out.

✨ Recent En Suite Renovation Complete ✨

We recently transformed this compact en suite into a stylish and practical wet room, making the most of every inch of available space.

The project included: 🔹 Full wet room installation
🔹 Patterned porcelain tiled flooring throughout
🔹 Fully tiled shower enclosure with feature herringbone wall tiles
🔹 Brushed brass shower, taps and accessories
🔹 Bespoke grooved wall panelling for added character and texture
🔹 Custom-built boxing to conceal the WC cistern, finished with matching grooved boards and a useful shelf above
🔹 Wall-hung vanity unit and modern basin installation
🔹 New towel radiator and finishing touches throughout

The combination of the patterned floor tiles, herringbone shower walls and brushed brass fittings creates a modern yet timeless finish, while the bespoke joinery details add warmth and practicality.

Another transformation completed 🔨✨
This project involved converting an outdated kitchen and granny annex into a stunning modern open-plan living space, completely reimagining how the home is used day-to-day.
We opened up the area to create a bright, spacious kitchen, centred around a beautiful bespoke green pantry that adds both character and practical storage. A large roof lantern was installed to flood the space with natural light, making it feel even bigger and more inviting.
The finish was brought together with high-quality porcelain floor tiles throughout, complemented by striking black framed glass doors that create a real feature while still keeping that open-plan feel.
To maximise functionality, we also designed and fitted a bespoke utility room along with a new downstairs toilet, all tailored to suit the space perfectly.
A full start-to-finish transformation, combining craftsmanship, smart design, and attention to detail.

Recently completed transformation of an old under-stairs cupboard / small office into a smart new ground floor WC.
We made the most of the compact space, fitting traditional wall panelling to add character and finishing it off with period-style floor tiles to tie in perfectly with the property’s original charm.

A great example of how unused spaces can be reworked into something both practical and stylish 👍

🚿 Bathroom Renovation Completed 🚿

A bathroom renovation we completed last year at the Llanerch hotel, giving this small space a fresh, modern update.

We used stylish shower boards with a green metro tile effect, paired with a black shower screen to add contrast and a contemporary feel. Although it’s a compact bathroom, the new layout and finishes have helped it feel brighter, cleaner, and much more spacious.

A great example of how the right materials and design choices can completely transform a small room.
