We’ve been quiet on here lately, but that’s because we’ve been back working on this stunning Grade II listed estate in Llangadog 🔥

We’ve now started the top coating, all carried out using traditional lime putty. The client is going for a proper rustic farmhouse finish, no drip beads or corner beads, just clean hand formed radius corners for that authentic, high end look.

This is the kind of detail that really sets a property apart.

We’re excited to be sharing the finished result once it’s complete.

We cover all aspects, sand and cement, pebble dash, silicone renders, we do it all.

For a 6–8 week project, with potential for ongoing work for the right people.

Plasterer:
🔹 Must have own basic tools
🔹 Driving licence preferred

Labourer:
🔹 No tools or transport required
🔹 Basic knowledge of the trade preferred
🔹 Duties include mixing render, keeping site clean, and assisting with loading/packing tools

💰 Rate of pay to be discussed depending on experience

Progress on the 3-bed property we’re plastering in Llanelli 💪

Ceilings and walls coming up lovely and smooth. The painter is already happy with the finish 👀🤣

Had a proper birthday surprise on site today… 🎉

Landing and stair wall completed end of last week in Llanelli.

Ceiling boarded and plastered. Cracks along the old timber stud wall were all grounded, bonded and reinforced with mesh before re-skimming to make sure everything stays solid long term. Also did the same with the solid stair wall which was part of an old chimney stack and had started crumbling, this was rebuilt, bonded, meshed and skimmed back to a smooth finish.

Carefully removed stair spindles to get behind and do a proper job. We will be back to finish the window wall as there’s a new window going in shortly. Also to replace a defected ground floor window lintel externally.

Customer over the moon with the result and the job left spotless as always 🧹

We’ve also made a start on a 3 bed property to skim in Llanelli.
