"Exceptional service from start to finish. No pressure sales. The installation team completed our replacement conservatory roof in three days. They were polite and cleared up each day. "Most stress free home renovation ever!
I chose BC because of the recommendation from my neighbour. Almost all the flats in my building has bc windows.
Happy from the beginning to the end. Salesman wasn't pushy, informs you very well. Price was very reasonable.
They came again to measure details, get council permission, notify installation date in well advanced.
Installers turn up on time, polite and considerate, clean and tidied up after work done every day. Very speedy, 9 windows in 2.5 days. Probably even faster if they didn't have to accommodate our room clearing schedules. They were totally upfront about any manufacturing defects and come back to fix it next week.
Best of all, they didn't ask a penny before the job done.
I've never this stress free on home renovation. I wish bc does other things like bathroom and kitchen.

An excellent company, and we were delighted to be able to use a local family business to replace our door and window. Very efficient from start to finish - no ‘hard sell’ at the beginning, just useful information. The fitting was exactly as planned, and went very smoothly, and we were very impressed that someone came as promised afterwards to repair a small bit of damage to our rendering. It all went very smoothly & efficiently. We did go to the showroom to look at colours and how the windows looked/worked which was helpful. We're very happy with the end results. Reasonable price." The quote was accepted on the day and Chris outlined next steps including obtaining local authority agreement along with installation dates.
