This one was a challenge!

A leak left unnoticed for years led to a big mess. 😬

We removed all the soft black timber and gyproc and started again.

We also found a very poor floor repair had been done and left the floor uneven where the original floor met the new! 🙈

But that's okay we sorted that too! 💪

Recently completed lambs tongue skirting and architrave with traditional door blocks.

A wee insulation upgrade for the coming cold months.

We swapped out the old wool insulation for PIR insulation drastically improving the insulation values.

We also had our electrician add in an extra socket for the customer

Freshly sheeted and plastered ready for paint.

We had somes signs of rotting floorboards in this one 🙈

Once we ripped everything out we found more than just floor boards a few joists were starting to go to.

So the team got to work!

Rotting timbers replaced ✅
Pipe work rerouted and hidden✅
New fan installed ✅
Wall panels on ✅
Flooring down ✅
Ware fitted✅
Ceiling panels up✅
New light installed ✅
Towel rail on✅
Mirror hung ✅
Shower fitted ✅
