Stud partitions added to create a 3rd bedroom
New windows,kitchen and flooring completes the look to improve this previously dated house.

A few jobs to post as I’ve just got my Facebook back.
The 1st is lovely kitchen transformation, the couple wanted to get rid of they’re current layout for a more modern open plan idea which makes great use of the space by removing a dividing wall between the old kitchen and dining room. Also upgrades to the hall and utility room.
I think Youl agree the outcome is great and we’re really proud of what we achieved here.

Another log home completed ✅
The last few weeks we have been putting the finishing touches to this new build at kippford.
The customer also wanted to add a large outside area so you were able to take in the beautiful scenery,and after a lot of blood,sweat and tears the 70m2 of composite decking really improves this property and on evenings like this is perfect for a beer and a bbq.☀️🍾

Work started this week on a new house refurbishment near new abbey.
Old kitchen ripped out
Wall and doorway taken out to make way for a new open plan living room/diner.
Walls to be strapped and plasterboarded.
Whole house to be re wired and new heating system fitted.
All trades supplied

Before and after pictures of a small extension and transformation of the ground floor of this house in dumfries.
The old flat roofed,single skinned porch was replaced with a new timber framed extension that incorporated a small downstairs shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.
We knocked down the centre partition to open up the small kitchen into a new open plan kitchen diner.
Boarded up the double doors and made a new doorway between the existing living room and kitchen to improve the layout of this house.

The pictures are hard to compare as the change was really drastic but made the whole house flow and helped the elderly client get around the house safer and quicker.
