site batching facility and specially designed self compacting concrete mix, developed by our team here in Lockerbie we have created a range of concrete products that are second to none. Our concrete mixture creates an improved surface finish which means that there is a reduction in production times and ultimately a better product for our customer every time we manufacture one of our products. As of the 1st July 2013, it was mandatory for all construction products to be CE Marked due to the Construction Products Regulations (CPR). We have received our CE Marking Accreditation, conforming to BS EN 206 Standard for our ready mix concrete which is used to make our pre-stressed concrete panels in accordance with CE Standards. Both products are supplied under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance.

This is a big one.

A quick look behind the scenes at CWP as the team get another one of our larger custom precast moulds ready for the pour.

The steel formwork is being put together, bolted up and checked before the whole thing is lifted into position with the telehandler.

Once it's lined up, it's ready for the concrete.

There's quite a lot of work that happens before you get to the bit where we actually pour the concrete, and this is a good look at one of those stages.

WE'RE HIRING!

Fancy getting stuck in at CWP?

We're looking for a Welding Operative to join our team in Lockerbie.

You'll be working behind the scenes helping make the moulds and rebar cages that go into our precast concrete products, along with general repairs around the factory and yard.

If you're practical, good with your hands and know your way around a toolbox, we'd like to hear from you.

What you need:
🔩 Experience with hand or power tools
📏 Good eye for detail and measurements
👷 Able to work as part of a team
💪 Reliable and ready to get stuck in

Previous production or warehouse experience is a bonus, but it's not everything.
