👀The wait is almost over for the new owners of Plot 19 ✨

🏡 We love to see the progress of another LIP Home come to life, from initial concept to the final handover.

🔑 The new owners will be receiving the keys to their beautiful new home later this week, and we wish them every happiness as they begin their new chapter at West Acres ✨

🎥 Behind the scenes at plot 19 🏠

🏡 We’re almost there with plot 19 at LIP Homes West Acres development, and as you’ll see in the video there are only few boxes to tidy away while we put the final touches in place.

The carpets are due to be fitted over the next day or so, and with just a handful of finishing touches left to complete, this beautiful home will soon be ready for its new owners.

Its always exciting to see another LIP Homes property come together ✨

🏠 It’s so nice to see more homeowners moving into their brand new homes.

👀 We recently paid a visit to plot 17 where the owners moved in just last week, to see how everything is coming together. While they are still waiting on a sofa, bed and some furniture to be delivered, it’s already taking shape 👌

The kitchen and bathroom are looking stunning, with just a few finishing touches left to complete. And that walk-in wardrobe 😍!
It’s looking cosy and warm and will be a fantastic space to call home 🏡.

We’re looking forward to more owners moving in throughout 2026 as the development continues to grow and come to life.

We are delighted to share that the owners of Plot 9 who were the very first owners to move in on our 22 plot development are now settled into their brand new home!

The property looks fantastic inside and out, with stunning furnishings and a lovely large garden that will bring plenty of colour in the spring 🌸

From acquiring the land to now seeing our first owners enjoying life in their new home, it’s a special milestone for us!
