Latest renovation completed today. Do you have an older property built before cavity construction? 🤔
I renovated the front of this property 2 years ago and cured all the internal damp problems.
Don’t suffer with damp due to cement pointing or worse still cement render!
No cavity means the property can’t breath!! These properties need to be maintained in the same way they were built using lime mortar only. 👍⚒️

Just the bath stone cills to finish on this build. Porch addition in traditional Flemish bond from reclaimed imperial stocks. Tough keeping to gauge and bond as there were only a handful of brick the same size! Over to the roofer now to put a nice hip roof on for that “cottage” look. Inside then to lay the quarry tile floor. Loads more to do for this client too!! ⚒🧱👍
