Itā€™s a critical red flag. šŸšæšŸ¦·šŸš©I got called out to an Airbnb where the guests felt a ā€œbiteā€ from the shower mixer. A lot of people would ignore this, but as a specialist, I knew we were looking at a documented fail. šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļøSupply voltage: 239V.
Shower mixer: 18.4V. Thatā€™s live current sitting on the metalwork due to a major earthing failure.
