Choosing the right UFH system isn’t just about the floor construction.

Your property’s heat loss is just as important.

Different floor systems offer different outputs depending on pipe spacing, floor build-up, floor finish and operating temperature. A system that works perfectly in one property may not deliver the same performance in another.

An aluminium plate system is installed between the timber joists to transfer heat to the floor above.

Foiled grooved chipboard system, a structural routed deck installed over the joists, combining the floor deck and UFH pipe-retention system.
