Another five flats now underway! 🏗️

A full refurbishment project from start to finish, beginning with a complete strip-out and progressing through the supply and installation of all first and second fix finishes. The scope of works also includes brand-new windows, a new loft conversion, and the construction of three dormers to maximise space, improve functionality, and add long-term value.

Our Hackney project is officially underway. This development will deliver three new flats and includes a new basement with underpinning and excavation, a two-storey rear extension, and a full construction package covering electrical, plumbing, and the supply and installation of all first and second fix elements.

We’re excited to share the progress with you over the next 12 weeks.

The subfloor is now complete, electrical second fix is in progress, and self-levelling compound is being poured in preparation for the new flooring installation. We’re entering the final weeks of this commercial project and are excited to share the finished result soon.
