Before & After – Flat Roof Replacement by RAH Roofing
RAH Roofing recently completed the removal and full replacement of a faulty fibreglass flat roof. The project involved several key upgrades to improve durability, insulation, and drainage:
✅ Removed the existing defective fibreglass roof system
✅ Installed 200mm insulation between joists to enhance thermal performance
✅ Fitted timber furrings to improve roof pitch and ensure effective water runoff towards outlets
✅ Supplied and installed a Sika Index 3-layer, 8mm high-performance torch-on felt system for long-lasting waterproofing
✅ At the customer’s request, capping coping stones were installed for a clean, finished look
