750 tonnes of steel. Removed.

Project Lidl — 160m x 300m on plan— a steel-framed distribution centre in Yorkshire — came to us for value engineering. We reduced the design from roughly 4,950 tonnes to 4,200 tonnes. A 15% saving.

How? Revised truss configurations across 16–31 m spans, plus optimised main column design. No compromise on performance — just steel where the structure actually needs it, and nowhere it doesn’t.

Less tonnage means lower material costs, faster fabrication, quicker er****on, and a lighter embodied-carbon figure.

In our company’s second year, what we have achieved? UK’s and Europe’s biggest 3d modular house 60.000m2 factory project was done by us last year and completed on site! We are thankful to work with our partners. Good job! And happy birthday to us💪
