Taking down walls to create large open plan living and dinning space.
New vaulted ceiling to include 2 velux windows, and new insulation fitted throughout.
Plastering throughout.
New overlay underfloor heating system.
Self levelling screed and installation of 600x600 porcelain tiles.
Kitchen designed and supplied in mussel colour with real wood doors spray painted.
