The WorkSafe fitout is a keystone project for ARA Building Services. With a variety of custom joinery pieces throughout the project, ARA Building Services showed off its ability to create complicated curved furniture and simple utility joinery in one project.
In the lobby, custom joinery pieces included the reception counter, wall panelling and ceiling fins. Once you move into the office, ARA Building Services created the upholstered banquet seating, planter boxes and the feature curved, tile, timber and mesh screens that divide the common areas from the meeting rooms.
Dotted across the office ARA Building Services also created tea and water points that integrated curved lighting, plumbing and materials like stone and timber slats. This design also carried across into planter boxes, like the ones featured in front of the kitchen. The kitchen was also created by ARA Building Services, using various materials such as laminate, mdf and stone. To match the kitchen, ARA Building Services also created custom lockers and utility joinery seen in the file and copy rooms
