👉 PROJECT: Nonna Bakery.

A new Italian bakery in the heart of London.

Few things are more heartwarming than the smell of fresh bread in the morning - or more indulgent than pistachio cream–stuffed croissants.

Our client wanted to share their passion for Italian bakery products through a new concept store. We supported them in developing the vision, coordinating with consultants and delivering the conversion of a previously uninspired clothing shop into a warm and welcoming neighbourhood bakery.

We liaised with the landlord, Building Control, Planning, suppliers and decorators to package this new icon on High Holborn.

On our latest project in Merton, behind the old kitchen wall, years of heat from the previous cooker had severely compromised the original gas pipe running to the boiler. A true near-miss that could have ended dramatically without a proper strip-back and professional oversight.

Fast forward to today:
✅ Site secured and made safe
✅ Foundations being poured in perfect sunny weather
✅ Concrete curing beautifully on schedule

We are back on site for our latest home extension project, and a lot has happened lately. From clearing out the old kitchen to prepping the foundations with the digger, the groundwork is officially set.

We’ve been busy coordinating everything behind the scenes, from structural checks to helping our client transition into temporary accommodation. It’s a massive team effort, but seeing the vision start to take shape makes it all worth it.
