Planning permission has been secured for the replacement of the existing dwelling with a striking new-build home. Spanning four storeys and over 500m² of floor space, the design includes a basement housing a gym, cinema and games room. The ground and upper floors will provide expansive open-plan living areas and five en-suite bedrooms, including a luxurious top-floor principal suite overlooking the mature garden, complete with his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms.

This was a challenging scheme that took several years and before planning approval was finally secured. Key concerns included the loss of employment space, despite the building having been vacant for years. Through persistence and careful design, we were able to achieve a scheme of 6 units.

A reminder that some projects take time, dedication and resilience before success. Not every development journey is straightforward. Some take years of dedication, refinement and hard work before a successful outcome is achieved.
