POV: You’re mixing cement on site thinking “that looks about right”… then 10 minutes later it’s either soup 🥣 or dry enough to build the pyramids 😭😂

Every tradesman, builder, bricklayer, labourer and construction worker knows the struggle of getting the perfect cement mix ratio first time. One minute there’s too much water in the cement mixer, next minute you’re adding more cement, more sand, more ballast and somehow making it even worse 🤦‍♂️😂 That’s life on a building site for you.

Running a building company isn’t always luxury extensions, renovations and perfect finished projects… sometimes it’s just fighting for your life against a mixer at 7am while the lads stand there laughing 😂

🏡 Progress update on this rear & side extension shell build 🔨✨

The structure is now fully taking shape, with the brickwork complete and the extension shell built ready for the next stage of the transformation. You can now really see how this wraparound extension is going to open up the property and create a huge new living space filled with natural light ☀️

This project combines a large rear kitchen extension with a side return to maximise both space and long-term value for the homeowner. Premium facing bricks have been used throughout to ensure the new build blends seamlessly with the existing property 👌

Another stunning transformation completed in Mill Hill ✨

Progress update on this 6m rear & side extension 🔨🏡

The build is now up to brickwork stage, and you can really start to see the shape of this transformation coming together. This rear kitchen extension wraps around into a side extension that will eventually create space for a new utility room, study, and ensuite.

We’ve used premium Multi Red facing bricks externally to give the property a clean, timeless finish that complements the existing home perfectly 👌
