🏡 The timeless look of natural stone walls, at a fraction of the weight. Teide reconstructed stone cladding.

Teide is a collection of rounded, irregular stone elements inspired by classic marble tones and traditional stone masonry. The rippled, luminous surface gives walls a refined yet natural finish, whether on a new build home, a garage, a garden wall or a full facade refurbishment.

Made from special binders, natural lightweight aggregates and UV-resistant colour pigments, the elements are lightweight, breathable, frost-proof and highly water-repellent. Flat elements weigh around 43 kg/m², with a thickness of 25 to 50 mm. Dry density is 1.39 kg/dm³, compressive strength is ≥ 32.0 MPa and bending strength is ≥ 2.0 MPa. Reaction to fire is Class A1 according to the technical data sheet.

Five colourways are available: Bianco Terra, Bianco, Grigio Terra, Terra and Grigio Chiaro. Flat elements range from 20 to 1,200 cm² and are supplied in boxes of 0.80 m². Dedicated corner elements, from 150 to 360 mm high and 80 to 250 mm long, come in boxes of 1.00 linear metre and give external corners, columns and window reveals the appearance of solid stone.
Installation is grouted, on substrates including cement plaster, concrete, plasterboard and external thermal insulation systems. When laid with the specified adhesive and grout system, Teide is backed by a 50-year warranty.

Swisspearl Vintago is a naturally dried fibre cement panel with a sanded, slightly rough surface.

A polishing process using rough abrasive grit subtly exposes the material beneath, creating fine structured lines and a robust texture that gives the façade a lively character without becoming visually obtrusive.

The through-coloured panels have a rough surface with a translucent, matte appearance and are available in 10 colours, including shades of grey, brown, white, black, green, blue and red.

Aluclad Top Hats and Z-Bars provide a practical fixing solution for securing façade linings to the exterior structure of a building.

Buildings being put right. Replacement cladding for remediation schemes, EWS1 driven works and overcladding on occupied buildings, where the programme runs around residents rather than around the contractor.

What you are looking at
Stripped elevations, exposed substrates, new subframe going up over existing structure, cavity barriers reinstated at compartment lines, and completed facades that now carry the documentation they always should have.

What changes on a remediation job
Everything is evidenced. Classification report numbers, fixing specifications, cavity barrier test data and the as built record are assembled as the work proceeds, because a building owner will be asked for them again.

Overcladding
Lightweight panels fixed over the existing wall, no structural intervention, thermal upgrade taken at the same time. Cost effective where the substrate is sound and the appearance and performance are not.

Weatherboard runs on new extensions, flat panel gable ends, full house re clads, garden rooms and outbuildings, porches and dormer cheeks. Woodgrain and smooth finishes, horizontal and vertical coursing, and the corner trims that decide whether the job looks finished.

The work that happens before a single panel is ordered. Wall build up reviews, fire classification reports, NBS wording, U value checks and the documentation that Building Control will ask for.

What you are looking at
Technical documentation, specification extracts, sample boards, test report headers and the team working through drawings. Not glamorous, and it is the reason projects in the other albums did not stall.

What we do at no charge
Read your wall build up drawing and flag the conflicts. Confirm which classification report covers the panel, the thickness and the fixing method you have drawn. Supply the NBS clause wording text. Check insulation thickness against the U value target. Put the compliance pack in one file.

What we will not do
Tell you a panel classification means the whole facade is compliant. It does not. The classification covers the material tested, and the wall assembly is confirmed separately.
