As we begin this exciting new build house project, we want to share our thoughts, ideas, and journey with you. Every home starts with a vision, and for us, this project is about creating a space that is thoughtful, functional, and built to last.

We’re delighted to share that planning permission has finally been granted for our new-build house in Dartford, southeast of London. 🎉

With two previous failed schemes by other architects,
it was clear that a fresh approach was needed when we came on board.

The site was particularly challenging — long and narrow, with significant level changes across the plot and several mature trees that needed to be carefully consideration.

A rewarding outcome for a very complex site — and a reminder that thoughtful design and persistence can make even the most difficult projects possible. 🌿🏡
