At Leyburn today fitting eleven double glazed units for a customer.
All on a upstairs flat, all externally beaded and secured with glazing tape.
All of them had blown, some that bad you could not see through them.

Arrived to this today for a Landlord in Catterick Garrison. The sink had not been properly secured to the wall, just stuck with silicone.
It had fallen off and cracked the sink, so we fit a new sink and pedestal and refit the splash back tiles that had came off also.
On the up side, there was no leak caused!

The old one had failed while locked and had not been opened in years.
Age, wear and tear, poor upkeep and misaligned keeps can all cause window mechs to fail.

Two customers in Catterick Garrison, on the same estate, needed multiple units replacing due to them having blown. One also needed two sets of friction stays replacing that had failed.
