A barn conversion, taken on from start to finish.
The cottage beside it hadn't been lived in since the Second World War. We took on both buildings — new roofs on each, drainage and external works, landscaping, a swimming pool, and a geothermal system feeding underfloor heating throughout, with solar hot water and Italian tiling laid across the build.
Seven bedrooms, four bathrooms.
Eighty years empty. Now a home, with the cottage beside it let out to guests.
