-Installation of 2x traditional style column radiators whilst this room was being decorated.
-The existing floor was carefully lifted so that the pipework could be adjusted.
-One radiator was relocated and the other added for additional heat.

-Floating solid oak alcove shelves
-Threaded bar was bolted into the brick wall with chemical bond resin
-Holes were then drilled into the blind side of the oak so that the steel bars can support the shelves without seeing any brackets
-The oak was the oiled to prevent staining.

-An electric boiler installation with underfloor heating for a home office/gym area

-This new build has no gas supply and so a 9kw electric boiler was used.
-Electric boilers are 100% efficient, do not require a flue and do not release carbon as a waste product of combustion 🌎✅
-The underfloor heating pipework was then tiled over with a grey wood effect tile in a Herringbone pattern.
-Finally, kitchen units were installed to encase the boiler and underfloor heating pipework.
Job done ✅

A garden patio and drainage project recently in Stratford using Antique Stonecast terracotta tiles.

-The previous patio had no proper rainwater drainage and various layers of uneven concrete.
-The concrete was removed, rainwater channels were installed and the tiles were then laid and grouted.
- A stone sealer was then used to protect the tiles from stains and water ingress.
-Job Done ✅

-A new Worcester Bosch boiler with complete new heating controls installed in Walthamstow.
-10 year manufacturers guarantee.
-The previous boiler was 30+ years old with an asbestos flue. 😱
-The flue was removed by a specialist company.
-Job done

What started as a bathroom nightmare turned into a bathroom dream 🙌

-An incorrectly installed plastic shower tray in this property caused tiles to fail and allow water to leak right through to the supporting joists of the room.
-The small leaks caused the chipboard floor and joists to fail and crumble.
-I installed a new stone resin shower tray with waterproof boards and tape.
-The rotten bathroom floor was also removed, insulated, renewed with Plywood and then re-tiled with some beautiful porcelain patterned tiles.
-A very tricky job completed ✅👍

-The previous bathroom was very dull and boring, had condensation problems and frequently leaked from the shower screen seals.
-The customers design maximises the space whilst still being water proof.
-I installed 2x water proof shelves either side of the bath
-Insulated boards reduce condensation along with a new powerful extractor fan.
-Fluted glass shower screen for privacy
-Large floor standing basin vanity unit for storage
-Worlds coolest gold mirror 🤩
