Colney Hatch Lane, nearly done. The brief was minimal throughout, so everything rests on the quality of the line. Custom fluting across the door faces and island end panels, all CNC-routed in-house.

With a kitchen this pared back there’s nowhere to hide, and restraint like that takes more time, not less. Good to see it shot properly before handover!

Some work in progress shots recently from the workshop onto the onsite install for our Highgate project. Focused around natural oak finishes pared with Ash fascias, really looking forward to seeing the completed piece here in a couple of weeks time.

AI is becoming a genuinely useful early-stage visualisation tool. Two quick concept options for our mixed-use scheme just outside Ely based off our early stage massing ideas. Fast for testing, useful for opening up client and planner conversations to help understand an overall direction.

We designed the building, now we get to make the kitchen.

Surveyed Leopold Road, Norwich this week. The cladding from and the Java brick from are sitting really well together, just parapet detailing and gutters to finish before the scaffold comes down. Overall will be a great project in a lovely part of Norwich.

The White Horse, Thelnetham, Suffolk. In for planning now with West Suffolk Council after a long run of surveys, redesigns and pre-application work.

A village pub being brought back to use as a traditional village pub with a new restaurant, converted barn into bed and breakfast accommodation and a renovated interior.

Renders run through Enscape + Veras. The years of learning photoshop quickly evaporating!

Early diagrams for a new site in Haddenham. A mixed-use development, padel courts, a reception and café, and a small farm shop, alongside a residential development. Splitting the site into two parts, sitting at the edge of the village held by the existing line of trees.

The questions at this stage are not about form, they’re about siting: how the leisure programme, the residential and the overall landscape share the plot without any one of them taking over.

We like to work with natural timbers wherever we can and as much as possible. Not just because they look better (they always do) but because they last, they age well, and they don’t end up in landfill in ten years. Ash fascias, solid oak tops, oak veneered ply carcasses. Nothing painted over.

A few days with the planer, the sander, and some finishing oil and this will be bought back to life.

We’re really looking forward to delivering this one over the next couple of months, in collaboration with . This project has been a genuine labour of love.

What started back in May 2023 with the first architectural sketches has now come full circle, with us delivering the kitchen and joinery as part of the same scheme. Being involved from the very first ideas through to the final details is exactly why we do what we do.

It’s a great example of how architecture, kitchens and joinery can work together when they’re considered as one. Thoughtful design, carried through properly to the finished article.

Reflecting on of our first completed kitchens in Holland Park, 2024. Looking back now, it’s clear how much we’ve grown and refined our process since then. Bringing architecture and joinery together feels increasingly important, the overlap is undeniable, and the results are stronger when everything is considered as one. The new year is shaping up to be a busy one, with three kitchens already in the pipeline. Excited to share more soon.
