When the Romford shop you know and love opened in 1988, Roger joined the family, and when John retired in 2012, Roger took over completely.

After we updated his ensuite last year, Sam said:

"Having been in my new build property for 6 years the ensuite bathroom had become worn and dated and needed some kind of renewing. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, so following a recommendation I reached out to Roger (owner) at J.A. Huckins and was really impressed with Rogers knowledge.

Because of my uncertainty, Roger offered a free design service to help visualise things. We booked a date and Roger himself turned up, which I was surprised about given that Roger was the owner of a fairly established, large and busy business.

But when I realised because Roger does the design visits, meets the clients, and personally handles the project ensuring the rest of the team deliver a first class result, I knew I was in good hands.

Roger designed a beautiful upgrade to my bathroom, it was installed quickly, to incredibly good standards and his team were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. And zero mess left and zero snags! Exactly what you want. Highly recommend."
