-Primer “Farrow and Ball” light tones to cover the oil based undercoat
-Two coats of the Strong White and Skimming Stone colours

Repairs of the multiple damages caused by water ingress in process .
What was done here :

Stripped all loosen paint “Farrow and Ball”pushed by water
Scraped down of the damaged loosen plaster
Opened the cracks
Replaced rotten wet plasterboard and corroded angle bead
Sealed brick work
Skimming
Tape and jointing

Water proofer
Porous surface sealer
Plasterboard joint tape
Vapour board plasterboard
Thin coat angle bead
Filler
Gap foam

Accomplished works here :
-Repair of the reveals around the sliding doors affected by humidity and water ingress
- Repair of the corroded corner tape in both bedrooms around the window
-Repair of the multiple dents on door frames , walls and ceiling
-Repair of the loosen gap sealant
-Replace of the burnt spotlights
-Shelf and painting installation (not shown )
-Assembly of the two beds
-Assembly and installation of the wardrobes and other furniture(IKEA flat packs )
