A landlord was asked to add a fire rated enclosure around their fuseboards as they were situated in a communal hallway.
I did some searching and found that had enclosures with intumescent strips and a fire rating of 60 minute burn through.
This size the ECU9 was the largest of them but the only one that would fit the boards within them.

Picked up some DYNAMIC RAY GLASS GU10 2700k lamps for an interior project with where we are refinishing 3 bedrooms for a client.
Seeing as they are going to be bedrooms for kids/teens I thought a healthier LED lamp would be best for a the children.
These are flicker free, no blue LED and circadian friendly (not quite sure) but yes a healthier light for healthier minds.

Looks like some squirrels have had a PVC feast going on up in this loft space. Will be needing to go in and remove all of the damaged cables and splice the ones where we can. Not quite sure what to do with the big SWA to repair the outer sheathing but will have a hunt around for an ingenious solution no doubt.

Cut anywhere 2700k LED cob strip from going in for some more joinery up on Wimbledon Village high street.
The cut anywhere feature really allows us to get the tape all the way to the end of the profiles so that there are no dark corners or spots.

Installed a HYGGE pergola heater for a family friend over in cables hidden within down stand and box and flexible conduit used for cable connections and protection

Men’s mental health month 2026
My breakdown 10 years ago when I burnt out after 3 months of 80+ hour weeks and not taking care of myself, crying in the van on way to work and way back when alone and how raw it is when these feelings come back up of being overwhelmed and stressed.
How my inner monologue isn’t always the kindest to me and how it doesn’t quite give me the motivation or support i need.
Have had 4 deaths within the last few months, my uncle, grandfather, my conure Ducky and one of our dogs Rocket on Monday.
I hope this helps someone or they can relate and I’m glad I have my wonderful wife who supports me and appreciates what I do for our family.

Bought a couple of these from fir our testing cases as I’m always misplacing or unable to find the tips to interchange.
Is a good concept the caribiner could be better quality with a twist lock on it but otherwise grips well even with me shaking it about violently.

have kindly sent me some of their new Wood Beaver 🪵🦫 bits as I asked really nicely and said I would do a video.
I’ve always been impressed with the armeg items being British 🇬🇧 made is awesome and I’ve used their stuff for many years.
These bits impressed me and I look forward to using then on more projects.
It absolutely flew through the MDF and no doubt would be good on harder woods.
Also had a sneezing fit but I don’t reshoot things as that would mean planning and isn’t real.

When I buy SDS bits I buy
Looking to get another SDS drill and wanted some quality bits for the new drill and had to be ARMEG because I’ve bought before and I know they are top quality.
Now just need a tshirt and some freebies 😉 😉 nudge nudge.
