A 75-acre private island off the coast of Brazil, long owned by the late celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ivo Pitanguy, has hit the market for $100 million. The secluded retreat includes six architect-designed villas spanning roughly 15,000 square feet, three white-sand beaches, a private airstrip, a helipad, a deep-water superyacht pier, forest trails, a tennis court, and five freshwater springs. Over the decades, it also hosted a notable guest list that included Tom Cruise, Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Brigitte Bardot, and Roger Moore.
