Bringing the atmosphere of .burger Soho to life!

Our design concept contrasts organic, highly tactile finishes—like sculptural plaster volumes, warm natural timber, organic clay tiles, and textured green micro-cement—with futuristic chrome details, sleek neon accents, and a soft ambient back-lit glow.

Two floors, two distinct vibes, one seamlessly crafted hospitality experience in the heart of London. 🍔

Tokyo meets Miami 🌴✨
with

Throwback to Chotto Matte Miami, opened back in 2018 in the heart of South Beach!

Originally inspired by a tropical cenote, this iconic spot blended Tokyo’s urban edge with Miami’s tropical energy. The ultimate showstopper? A 19-tonne Sicilian lavastone boulder imported in its entirety to sit right between the sushi bar and cocktail lounge, balancing a massive retractable shou sugi ban timber roof. 🗿☀️

Torres Blancas_ Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza_Madrid, 1969

Among the ideas that gave rise to Torres Blancas project was that of creating a tower of garden houses with large terraces. In this way, it was intended to make the idea of high-rise housing compatible with the garden house, a utopia sought since the beginning of the century in high-rise buildings.

Starkly futuristic for the time, the screen was so secondary (to the task of facing the human being sitting across from the desk) that it's placed off-center to the side, enabling the user to glace at it briefly to glean the required information needed to inform the human face-to-face conversation.

Keyboards were bulky objects back then, and the bulk of this one is hidden beneath the desk surface, allowing for something like a flush appearance.

As for the form, Mario Bellini Architect writes "The search for a new 'work station machine' iconography was supported by the use of a tool foreign to Euclidean geometry and based on the theory of elastic membranes."

AIRGROUND
1968 Brighton, England

Airgrounds were a new genre of air structures comprising soft, responsive ‘eventstructures’ that the public could physically interact with.

An important characteristic of the Airground was that each person’s movements would affect the behavior of the structure as a whole, and thereby the dynamics of other participants’ experience. It was the invention of a sculptural medium that could physically stimulate, embody and express human interactions and interrelations.
