Refurbishment works included a new modern kitchen, feature staircase, hardwood floors throughout, specialist joinery, glazed walls, rooflight, integrated AV and biometric door release.

Part demolition and large sympathetic brickwork extension to create a substantial six bedroom, four bathroom family home in Hampstead. A modern glazed extension with copper roof was added to the rear of the property and a new piled basement scheme introduced to create separate living quarters on the lower level. The interior was completely refurbished and now boosts 4-5 state of the art reception rooms, a Poggenpohl kitchen/dining room with fitted Gaggenau appliances and spacious bedrooms serviced by designer en-suite bathrooms. A large Portland stone patio was created off the extension at the rear, leading onto landscaped gardens complete with a feature sun deck and soft play area.

This ambitious two phase project involved the modernisation and extension of a Victorian semi-detached property set on a residential street in a prime area of Hampstead Heath; adjacent to the Hampstead Heath ponds. Phase one involved stripping back the existing structure to its brickwork shell and a substantial temporary works scheme including piling and underpinning. Internal steel frames were erected and the floors re-pitched. The roof was also completely re-built; incorporating a new loft space. Phase two commenced after planning permission was granted for a basement dig out to create a swimming pool and gym area. The property was refurbished to the highest standard with finishes that include marble throughout, mosaic feature walls, cantilevered and stainless steel self supporting zig zag staircases, handmade chandeliers, bespoke joinery installations and extensive landscaping work.

Overlooking Hyde Park, this Grade II listed building was designed in a French Renaissance terrace style. Ship Shape worked in partnership with Open Studio Interiors to undertake the final finishes to this landmark London residence including fitment of period styled panelling and feature lighting throughout. Additional AV circuits were installed to cater for the client's specific requirements including a customised home cinema system. Partition walls were added with luxurious wallpaper and finishes, preserving the grandeur of the original architecture and ornate cornicing. Tinted and antique toned mirrors were fitted throughout. Finally Ship Shape dressed the apartment, leaving it ready for the client to take immediate occupancy.
