Davenfive recently completed a manual racking installation delivered by a 10-operative team as part of a large warehouse fit-out project.

Scope included:

🟢 Assembly of manual racking systems
⚫️ Structural alignment and levelling
🟢 Ongoing quality control checks
⚫️ Delivery within a live project environment

The works formed part of a wider pre-operational programme, supporting the site ahead of full system readiness.

Assembly line gets set up.
The hard work begins.

We had 18 people on site assembling AGV racks, turning delivered components into fully built units ready for the next phase.

Now seeing them operating in a live environment makes it all worthwhile.
