We have a consistent pipeline of work within void and also occupied properties, focusing on high-quality internal refurbishments.

Key Scopes of Work:

🔹 Full Kitchen & Bathroom installations

🔹 Painting & Decorating

🔹 Light Carpentry & Flooring

🔹 General Building & Maintenance items within domestic properties

Requirements:

🔸 Proven experience within the Social Housing sector.

🔸 Ability to work professionally if working in occupied homes.

Following a successful tender process, we have been awarded a 5-year contract across a variety of lots, with an option to extend for a further 5 years.

This win is particularly meaningful as it allows us to build upon the strong foundation we’ve already established with the Peabody team via their CPS & PGM arms. We are committed to continuing our high standards of service and delivering excellence for Peabody residents for many years to come.
