Another project completed by our small works team means another space transformed.

Our team reconfigured two adjoining toilets into a single DDA-compliant toilet and converted a former toilet block into a DDA-compliant shower, bringing in touches of green and gold throughout. With these modern shower facilities and a beautifully elevated accessible bathroom, no detail was overlooked. Our team treats every space with the same level of care.

Last week was a busy one, and not just on site.

Two members of our team stepped away to build on their qualifications. Angelo, one of our maintenance engineers, completed his PASMA training, covering the safe assembly, use and inspection of mobile access towers.

Whereas Harry, our AC apprentice, completed IOSH Working Safely, strengthening his understanding of risk and safe working practices from the ground up.

While they may be at different stages within different disciplines, they both have the same instinct. To know the job inside and out, and never stop building on their skills.

Well done, boys!

A dated office floor in EC1V, transformed into a modern, efficient workspace, all without disrupting a single occupier.

As Principal Contractor on this fit-out in Aldersgate, we coordinated every aspect through a carefully phased programme, scheduling disruptive activities around the building's other occupiers and keeping communication clear throughout.

As well as upgrading the office space with a new HVAC system, refreshed finishes and modern sanitary facilities, we also thought ahead to build in maintenance-friendly access panels to reduce servicing costs long after handover.

Modernised for today, built to perform tomorrow.

We're celebrating another milestone within the Capstone team this month. Meet Bobby, he joined Capstone FS through a TUPE transfer, already a qualified plumber with hands-on experience across the buildings we'd taken on.

Now, over a decade on, he's our Lead Engineer, known across the business for his reliability and the wonderful relationships he's built with clients and colleagues alike.

We are delighted to announce that we have just been awarded our ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification.

For the last few years, we've been building the systems, processes, and culture within the business to achieve this accreditation. This has meant training our team to embed environmental considerations into how we plan, deliver, and manage our work.

Achieving this internationally recognised standard for the first time is a reflection of how seriously we take our environmental responsibilities. For the clients and buildings we support, it adds another layer of confidence that when we're managing their assets, we're thinking carefully about how we can support them in meeting their own environmental responsibilities.

Another project is now underway at The Strand in Central London, a site our team knows well.

We're proud to be returning, working for a client we've supported for a number of years. This foundation of familiarity drives the continuous enhancement of our project delivery.
