📡 Telecoms Technical Trainers Wanted 🎓

Ready to take the next step in your telecommunications career and train the next generation of engineers?

We’re looking for experienced Telecoms Technical Trainers to join Kelly Group’s expanding training team across our UK hubs (Enfield, Glasgow, Nuneaton & Bristol).

You’ll deliver practical and theory training, conduct industry-recognised accreditations, and help develop new and existing engineers across our nationwide network.

We’re looking for people with:

✔ Extensive training and installation experience across Civils, Fibre and Copper networks
✔ In-depth knowledge of overhead cabling, UG cabling and network build
✔ Strong working knowledge of the Openreach accreditation process
✔ Experience delivering coaching, training, or developing instructional content
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills with a passion for helping others succeed

Our Elite Drivers Club recognises and rewards our workforce for consistently prioritising safety on the road.

Drivers in our workforce who maintain consistent, safe driving habits for a full month unlock ‘Elite Status’ and, along with a jacket, thermos, bag, and other useful merch, get entered into a monthly £1,000 raffle!

⚽ Earlier this summer, 18 teams from the Kelly Group workforce took to the pitch in Manchester and London, raising money for and the vital work they do supporting people facing homelessness.

We’re delighted to share that, with the players and a generous donation from Kelly Group, we raised an incredible £5,000 for Shelter! ❤️
