Join Breakfast Bodies at the Rose Lipman Building Sunday 6th Sept 11am - 1pm for a special collaborative life drawing session with musician, artist and facilitator INALEAH INALEAH (Gabriela Fernandez) Art, Music, & Wellness by INALEAH where live music and drawing come together in a relaxed, playful workshop. In this 2 hour session we’ll explore both the clothed figure and music through a series of creative exercises designed to loosen up your drawing practice. Expect a mix of quick gestures, longer poses, collaborative drawing, and opportunities to respond through drawing to the visual and audio. We’ll experiment with drawing rhythm, melody and atmosphere, inspired by INALEAH’s beautiful live performance on the Sasando (Indonesian harp) and singing voice.

Latest community outreach project led by Studio 180 Degrees at The Stables in Springfield Park.

This clip shows hand carding of wool shortly made into some stunning handcrafted cushions. They were donated to ”The Little Sisters Of The Poor St.Anne’s”a local elderly care home.

Our lovely tenants Studio 180 Degree just donated four beautiful lounge cushions to a small local charity to Springfield Park ”The Little Sisters Of The Poor St.Anne’s”. This elderly care home in Stoke Newington gives a safe and loving home to the poor elderly in our community and is lovingly run by nuns.

Studio 180 Degree is located at The Stables in the heart of Springfield park. They focus primarily on wellbeing and health through non-toxic tactile materials, natural fibres and comforting colours. All creations are handcrafted, in 100% English wool fabrics in a soft texture in familiar traditional English patterns with 100% wool-filled cushion pads. “We only work with premium all-natural materials that are free from harmful chemical flame retardants & nasty chemicals to support health and wellbeing”
