Discreet air conditioning is all about what you don’t see.

For this Prime Central London home, the brief was simple: cool two bedrooms, preserve the interiors, and keep the installation virtually invisible.

With limited loft space, our technical survey identified a way to utilise one concealed ducted system to serve both the top-floor and first-floor bedrooms. To reach the floor below, we carefully integrated the ductwork through the existing wardrobes — precisely measuring around the joists and structural elements without compromising the building.

Wardrobe space was kept to an absolute minimum, while the ceilings remained clean and clinical with just one discreet supply and one return air point.

From survey and design to installation and commissioning, the complete system was delivered in approximately two days.

Central London rooftop. High-capacity VRV, engineered to perform — designed to disappear.

For this installation, we colour-matched the VRV to the grey slate roof tiles, helping it blend discreetly into the surrounding rooftop and London skyline.
