We’re delighted to see the successful practical completion of Unit 1- 5 Connetic, Howard Way, Harlow for Legal & General, with CANMOOR acting as Development Manager throughout the delivery of the scheme.

The scheme comprises three buildings delivering five high-quality industrial and storage units, ranging from 13,700 sqft to 35,950 sqft, suitable for E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 uses together with ancillary offices, associated car parking, service yards and soft landscaping. Achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the development demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and long-term performance.

We were delighted to participate in Salerno Design Week 2026, an international forum exploring how design can shape urban regeneration, sustainability, and positive social impact.

Our Project and Design Manager, Laura Tracey, joined industry leaders for a thought-provoking panel discussion, “How Does Design Create the Hospitality Supply Chain?”, sharing insights into the collaborative approach required to deliver exceptional hospitality projects.

In a complex luxury hospitality project, architects, interior designers, engineers, operators, brand teams, specialists, contractors and project managers all bring different expertise to the table. But excellence doesn’t come from any one discipline working alone. It comes from how those layers come together, inform each other and ultimately create something greater than the sum of its parts.”

We’re proud to share that 20 members of the Quartz team will join the Central London Alliance CPR Movement, an ambitious initiative aiming to set a world record for the largest CPR relay ever attempted.

The campaign’s goal is to train 4,000 people in CPR by 23 September 2026, equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond in a cardiac emergency and potentially save a life.

A huge thank you to the Central London Alliance for leading such an important campaign and to everyone taking part.

We are delighted to be working alongside BPS Purestone on the repositioning and comprehensive refurbishment of 80–85 Tottenham Court Road.

With planning permission secured, strip-out works are officially underway on site as we progress toward scheduled completion in mid-2027.

This project will transform the 43,300 sqft property into a premier, sustainable West End headquarters. We’re excited to support BPS Purestone in delivering this landmark scheme.

A significant milestone reached at Stour Road, Hackney Wick for our client, Firethorn Trust.
 
This landmark PBSA scheme will provide 204 student beds, including 35% affordable accommodation, new workspace for the local community, and the preservation of the historic Broadwood chimney originally constructed in 1902.
