Deserving of their own post, our canteen service run by Simply Moreish Caterers/Events has very quickly become an integral and well loved part of the BCC. Pictured above is the wonderful food served on the evening of our End of Year Show, but this isn’t just a one off…

Simply Moreish provide incredible food day in, day out, serving breakfast and lunch. Well needed, and well deserved by all our students, this service has become a vital part of BCC culture.

End of Year Show 2026

Blessed by lovely weather, fantastic food, incredible creations, and the wonderful Grayson Perry, this was a truly successful celebration of our talented students.

The evening marked a significant achievement for all our graduating students. We’re immensely proud to watch a new generation of builders, crafters, makers, designers, creatives, and craftspeople enter their careers.

Our Bench Joinery Diploma students had a great time at True Staging’s workshops this week, learning more about the industry and getting to experience an actual workplace up close. Our students got a tour and then were tasked with some practical activities to really put them to the test!

BCC Furniture Design & Making student has created these wonderful awards for Clerkenwell Design Week, alongside in his studio down in Brighton!

In association with these pieces are made from American Cherry, each one with varying grain, knots, and colour variation, every award is unique!
