This week marks Men's Health Week, an annual campaign encouraging men to take a more active role in their physical and mental well-being.
Ours is an industry with a predominantly male workforce, from our engineers and surveyors on site to colleagues across our offices. Yet men remain statistically less likely to seek advice early, attend routine check-ups, or speak up when something isn't right.
We are using this week to encourage everyone in our team to take a few simple, practical steps: book an overdue appointment, make time for regular breaks, stay active, and check in with colleagues who may be struggling.
Supporting the health of our workforce, and that of the wider lift and construction industry, remains central to how we operate. Men's Health Week is a timely reminder of why these conversations matter.
