Experienced Groundworker Required – John’s Groundworks Services
John’s Groundworks Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our growing team.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled groundworker who is confident in all aspects of groundwork, including:
* Operating plant and machinery safely and efficiently
* Laying slabs and paving to a high standard
* General groundwork and site preparation
* Reading site plans and working independently
* Running and managing jobs on site when required
* Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other trades
Requirements
* Proven experience in groundwork and paving
* Competent machine operator
* Ability to lead and run jobs from start to finish
* Full UK driving licence
* Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Relevant tickets/certifications preferred but not essential for the right candidate
