Lovely to see people walking through the finished homes at School Close before anyone's moved in.

Eighteen new affordable homes in Bampton, built for Mid Devon District Council, and designed so they cost very little to run, which is the part that matters most once people are living in them.

Building 85 rooms on a live hospital site means the constraint isn't the building, it's everything happening around it.

Willow House is being manufactured offsite and installed at Hinchingbrooke, which keeps operatives, deliveries and stored materials on site to a minimum. Clinical services carry on around the works rather than in spite of them.

Good to welcome stakeholders on site to see the progress first-hand, and to be delivering this alongside North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust as part of the New Hospital Programme.

85 rooms for medical and nursing students, overseas staff and on-call teams. Completion spring 2027.

A car park in September. Twelve homes by Spring.

Work has started at Blue Bell Hill, and we're proud to be building it for Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council 🏡

Twelve local families facing homelessness will move into these homes next Spring - and they're not a stopgap. Solar panels, heat pumps, proper insulation, built to last over 100 years. Warm homes that are cheap to run, for people who need them most.

The homes are being made in our factory now, then assembled on site in September, which means far less noise and disruption for neighbours than a traditional build.

Lovely to have the councillors, officers and project team out with us to mark the start. We'll share pictures as it goes up 👷

We are thrilled to announce that St Andrews House has been awarded the prestigious "Carbon Net Zero Initiative of the Year" at the 2024 British Construction Industry Awards (BCIA) – the Oscars of the industry!

ZED PODS and Linc Cymru Housing Association are honored to attend the CE Wales' Award Reception at the Senedd in Cardiff this afternoon. We are thrilled to attend the launch of the CO2nstruct Zero 7th Performance Framework Report yesterday at the London Build Expo 2023. Thanks to the Construction Leadership Council (CLC for arranging the panel discussion, it was an honor for us to contribute as one of the speakers.

As a proud Business Champion of the CO2nstruct Zero Programme, we are committed to collaborative efforts in supporting the construction sector towards .

The Co2nstruct Zero 7th performance framework report is now live on the CLC’s website. The report shows great progress towards targets since the framework was launched at COP26 in 2021.
