Project Handover - St Pancras Way
Works - Fire Remediation
Client - Durkan

Block A (1st phase) Scaffold now complete for this project.

Approximately 2400m2 of Access Scaffold, complete with a large 350m3 10KN Triangular Gantry erected on 1.5m Apollo Beams to minimise disruption to the live businesses within the building.
Rear Elevation spanning the length of the canal.

Thanks again to GWC (Scaffolding Design) for their valuable assistance with this one to facilitate both the small footprint on the rear elevation and the curved front facade.

Thanks to our scaffolders for their hard work as usually especially during the last couple of hot months !

Temporary Roof has now been completed and scaffold handed over.
2600m2 of Access Scffold
830m3 area CI Sheet Roof , spanning 18 meters in width, with an additional 8 meter width area section supported from Quadruple X Beam support.
Big thanks to our operatives battling the heatwave while erecting this project !

Full Access Scaffold - approx 2500m2
Temporary Roof - 800m2 on plan

Final handover and completion of Roof to follow , but after 3 weeks on site the perimeter scaffold isn’t far from completion.

Credit to our scaffolders for their hard work in soaring May temperatures !
