Start to finish install in a day. Clean room Gerflor vinyl installed cap and cove. include : sub floor prep/ walls prep to receive the Bostik tape / capping strip install / flooring adhesive/ finishing off/ completion.

Flag shaped external corner prepared for welding. Why? In my opinion maybe an easier starting point of the weld and stronger against kicks for sure. Its not about following “a way” of doing things or going against the rule but finding and offering the end user a reliable finish. I found more people are expecting functionality and strength in a finish and I personally think it looks good too

One of those where had no idea where to even start but slowly coming together. Looking back, I can see details that could have been better, school day every day. Vinyl sheet flooring replicates the ceiling design and gets welded with an Lvt planks around.

Tight space to open a vinyl roll. Sometimes the hardest part of the whole installation. Janser The Rolli are the rollers, obviously useful in large areas but life savers in tight spaces.

A quick reminder that not all adhesive residues are created equal.

This old pressure-sensitive (PS) adhesive was still sitting proud on the subfloor, so instead of taking chances, out came the Eibenstock grinder fitted with a PCD disc.

The difference? No fighting it. No wasted time. Just the right tool for the job and a clean surface ready for the next stage.

Finishing a carpet into an Ali Zee bar from stair rods. Suitable and probably invented for other areas but helped me get a nice finish where I wasn’t expecting
