This extension was about more than space.

The existing conservatory was too hot in summer, too cold in winter and rarely used. At the same time, the ground floor felt long and narrow, so simply adding more space was never going to solve the issue properly.

We redesigned the whole ground floor, including the entrance hallway, kitchen, dining area and living space, to make the layout feel more practical and better suited to everyday family life.

All our projects include extended aftercare, with structural work covered by our 10 year warranty.

The layout matters just as much as the extension itself.

Returning to a familiar property.

We are back with previous clients at this large detached property in Surrey, where we originally completed the loft conversion and extensions back in 2015.

This stage involves major alterations to the existing loft, including a full roof strip and raising the ridge to create additional space. As the property is protected, the planning process has been especially important, with structural changes carefully managed while preserving the existing features and character of the house.

The scaffolding is now up, and the team is progressing through the structural stage, coordinating materials and carefully rebuilding the roof.

A complete home transformation, finished.

From revised layouts to added space and the final finishes, these homes have been transformed from top to bottom.

Each detail has been considered to make the spaces feel brighter, work more practically, and better support everyday family life.

One extension changed the whole home.

For this Surrey project, we delivered a double-storey side and rear extension alongside a full internal refurbishment, managing the process from design and planning through to the final build.

The new layout created a large open-plan kitchen, snug area, utility room, pantry, two additional bedrooms, two additional bathrooms and a roof space playroom.

Large sliding doors, skylights and a roof lantern were used to bring more natural light into the home, helping it feel brighter, more spacious and more practical for family life.

A loft can move quickly.

For this East Sheen home, the brief was straightforward: the house had already been finished nicely, but it needed the extra space a loft could provide. We talked through what needed to happen, helped connect the owners with architects, and then moved into the build.

That early stage matters. Queries come up, decisions need confirming, and sometimes an issue cannot be fixed the same moment it appears. What matters is that it is heard, acknowledged and dealt with properly.

The original programme was around three months, but the loft, including a bathroom and wardrobe, was completed in under 10 weeks. A few later snagging items were tied to waiting for windows, but the main build was finished before the end of November after a September start.

Before anything moves forward, we review the drawings, provide an initial top-line estimate, prepare a detailed written quotation, then walk through everything with you inside so the finished space is easier to visualise.

Once the build is complete, we also provide warranty and aftercare support, so the process does not simply stop on the final day.
